SO happy I found this place on Google. The service is absolutely amazing! I rented a car from Battery Park and the gentleman Ricardo who helped me, ensured I had a hassle-free experience. I have never been in and out of a car rental place in 10 minutes!Now- the vehicle. The car I received was NOT clean on the inside. I immediately filled out the survey, added pictures and called the customer service line to notify them. They filed a complaint and instructed me to return the vehicle and swap it out.When I tried to return the vehicle, I was told there weren't any more vehicles left in the class I booked so they would clean the inside of the car instead. I was told it would take 30 minutes. I left for lunch and when I returned, I saw another family packing their things into the car I waited for.The resolution- I must say that initially I was upset about whatever miscommunication occurred. That's when the Manager Chris stepped in and saved the day. I understand things happen however it's the response that matters. The team at Battery Park, excelled and exceeded my expectations when making things right.Chris sincerely apologized and told me that he had another vehicle available for me and that I would be happy with it. He said here are the keys, I took care of your paperwork and you're all set to go! WOW, just WOW. Another hassle-free experience.It's been 6 days since, and I've extended my rental 3x already! I love the vehicle and the service anytime I call in for assistance.To the team at Battery Park, Chris, Ricardo, Duane, and Jeremy: THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENT SERVICE! I will continue to rent with SIXT based off the level of service, ease to do business with and pricing!
